PIL sets Pointe-Noire record
Kota Perkasa largest ship to call Congo terminal
This week the 12'000 TEU neo-panamax vessel Kota Perkasa became the largest-ever container ship to call at Pointe-Noire in Congo. The Kota Perkasa was handled at Pointe-Noire's Congo Terminal, which offers a 795 meter pier with VLCS-ready gantry cranes.
She left with a good number of containers booked by our loyal Ozean customers, carrying timber, cotton and cocoa amongst other commodities.
